Q: What does the price includes?
– bed linen (changed after 5 days or upon your request)
– set of towels (2 for each person, changed after 3 days or upon your request)
– cleaning of the apartment
– use of wireless internet (FLAT, 5mbps)
– use of air conditioner
– satellite TV
– baby cot
Q: Will I be sharing something with other guests (kitchen, bathroom, etc...)?
Each apartment is an independent unit, with all necessary equipment:
– Kitchen/kitchenette with refrigerator
– Air condition
– Wireless Internet
– Baby cot available
– Iron and laundry available
Q: Are there any additional fees at your accommodation?
– Tourist tax (1.00€ per adult per day)
– Transfer from the airport (35€/40€)
– Washing service (3€ per wash)
is not included in the price of the apartment you are paying.
Q: Is my prepayment refundable?
Prepayment is needed as a booking confirmation. Anyhow, if you must cancel your arrival, we will do our best to come up with a solution which is good for both parties (for you and for us), so nobody has any loss.
If you do not cancel your reservation the last moment (few days before your arrival) and we have enough time to rent your apartment to somebody else, we will return your prepayment in full amount (only money sending fee will be deducted).
But if you do not cancel on time or you do not show at all, we reserve a right to keep your prepayment as a small compensation for our loss coming from your cancellation.
Q: What about parking for my car?
It is possible to park your car on free city parking along our street or to reserve a parking place at the nearby parking lot for only 2€ per day.
Q: Do you provide a hairdryer?
Each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer.
Q: What about iron and ironing board?

Q: Kitchen and kitchenette, what is the difference?
Studio Apartments have mini kitchens, One Bedroom and Two Bedroom Apartments have kitchens.
Q: Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is allowed, but we kindly ask our guests to smoke outside at the balcony, and since each apartment has a balcony and there is a big shared balcony for all guests, guests smoke outside, so nobody is bothered with smoke.
Q: What is STUDIO apartment, what does it mean?
that all is located in one room (beds, kitchen, sitting area). STUDIO is a name for that type of apartment.
Q: Do you accept pets?

Q: Do you provide us with beach equipment (parasol, beach towels, swimming suits...)
Guest must bring their own equipment used at the beach.
Q: Is the beach in Petrovac sandy or covered with stones?

Q: Can you meet me at the airport and guide me to my apartment?
We provide such service for our clients. We would wait for you at the airport with your name on a piece of paper, so we can recognize each other easily. This service is paid extra.
Q: CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
We have a “CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT” room.
If a guest arrives earlier than check-in time (13pm), we settle them into this room.
You will be able to leave your baggage in this room and wait until your apartment is ready.
if your apartment is ready sooner than 13pm (cleaned from the previous guests), You will be able to enter it as soon as it is finished.
This room is also used for check-out because check-out is at 09:30h in the morning.
If your flight back is later in the afternoon, You can use this room, free of charge of course.
You can leave your baggage there and go for a walk or even to the beach for a swim, and then use our bathroom later.
In case nobody is coming to your apartment on day of your departure, you will be allowed to stay longer without surcharge.
